Moka is a buzzy independent coffee bar located opposite Chigwell station. We are looking for an experienced duty manager to join our small team, to open and close, run shifts, drive sales and the business forward. Working closely with the manager to ensure we are delivering top quality friendly service, excellent food and drinks in a clean, fun atmosphere.

Your duties would include ordering, managing and training staff, organisation of store rooms, weekly manager meetings, health and safety checks, building a relationship with our customers and regulars, hitting weekly targets, managing daily wage costs, actively driving sales and helping move the business in the right direction with new offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a least 1 years experience managing in hospitality, have great organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, plus have the right personality to be the face of the bar when on shift. Barista experience preferred but not essential.
